OPCMIA LOCAL 29 ANNUITY FUND:

As of May 1, 2016 the board of trustees have approved an increase to the transfer of assets to the VOYA Self Directed portion of the Local 29 Annuity Fund for those participants with an existing VOYA account. 

Annuity Fund Participants who wish to open and move a portion of their annuity assets to their own Self Directed VOYA Financial account will need to take an educational class to understand how to invest for retirement.
